Does my device need to be unlocked?

How do I install my WalkEsim?

How can I check my remaining data?

Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?
Most travel eSIM QR codes can be installed only once and cannot be transferred after installation. Please contact support before deleting or moving an eSIM.
What should I do if I delete or lose my QR code?
First check your order email for the eSIM details. If the eSIM was already installed and then deleted, it may not be reusable. Contact WalkEsim support with your order information.
Do I need to enable data roaming?
Yes, most travel eSIM plans require data roaming to be turned on for the eSIM line. Keep roaming enabled only for the WalkEsim line, not necessarily for your home SIM.

TikTok and ChatGPT access in mainland China
This plan uses overseas mobile-data routing and is designed to support TikTok and ChatGPT without a separate VPN. An eSIM is not itself a VPN, and access is not guaranteed in every device or app environment.
- TikTok support is available on compatible Apple and Android devices, but availability may vary with device environment and platform restrictions.
- ChatGPT is supported on Apple devices. On Android, use the web version.
