Refund Policy
WalkEsim sells digital eSIM products that are delivered electronically. Because eSIM plans may be installed, activated, or used immediately, refund eligibility depends on the status of the eSIM and the reason for the request.
Refunds may be accepted when
- The eSIM has not been installed, activated, or used.
- You purchased the wrong plan and contacted us before installation.
- A confirmed technical issue prevents the eSIM from working and our support team cannot resolve it.
Refunds may not be accepted when
- The eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used.
- The device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked.
- The customer no longer needs the plan after delivery.
- The customer travels outside the plan coverage area.
- Network speed varies because of local coverage, building conditions, device model, or local congestion.
How to request a refund
Email service@walkesim.com with your order number, device model, destination, and a description of the issue. Please include screenshots when available.
