## 服務條款補充 / Terms of Service Supplement for eSIM Products

WalkEsim provides digital eSIM data plans for travel and related use. By purchasing from WalkEsim, you agree to the following eSIM-specific terms.

### Product type

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, WalkEsim eSIM plans are data-only products. They do not include a physical SIM card, phone number, voice calls, or SMS messages.

### Device responsibility

Before purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device:

- supports eSIM
- is carrier-unlocked
- supports the network technology required at your destination
- can install and use an eSIM profile

Some regional versions of the same phone model may not support eSIM. Please check your device settings before purchase.

### Network and speed

WalkEsim aims to provide reliable travel data service, but network availability and speed may vary depending on the local carrier, location, device model, terrain, buildings, weather, and network congestion. 4G/LTE/5G availability is not guaranteed in every location.

### Installation and activation

Installing an eSIM usually requires a stable Wi-Fi connection. We recommend reading the installation instructions before travel.

Unless otherwise stated, plan validity usually starts when the eSIM connects to a supported local network. Please do not delete an installed eSIM unless advised by WalkEsim support, because some eSIM profiles cannot be reinstalled after deletion.

### Use restrictions

Your eSIM is for personal travel or reasonable individual use. You may not resell, publicly share, duplicate, misuse, or commercially distribute WalkEsim eSIM products without written permission.

### Support

If you experience any issue, please contact us during your trip or as soon as the issue occurs. Delayed reports may limit our ability to troubleshoot or verify the problem.
