eSIM Compatible Devices

WalkEsim works on unlocked devices that support eSIM. Compatibility can vary by model, region, carrier software, and purchase country, so please check your exact device before ordering.

Quick compatibility checklist

  • Your device supports eSIM.
  • Your device is carrier-unlocked.
  • Your device is not restricted by your original carrier or region.
  • You have Wi-Fi available during installation.

How to check your device

  1. Dial *#06# on your phone.
  2. If an EID number appears, your device usually supports eSIM.
  3. Check your device settings for Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or SIM Manager.
  4. Contact your carrier if you are unsure whether your phone is unlocked.

Common supported device families

  • Apple iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 series and newer eSIM-capable models.
  • Selected iPad models with cellular/eSIM support.
  • Selected Samsung Galaxy S, Z Fold, Z Flip, Note, and A series models.
  • Google Pixel 3 and newer eSIM-capable models, with regional exceptions.
  • Selected Motorola, Oppo, Rakuten, Sony, Xiaomi, Huawei, and Windows LTE/5G devices.

Important regional notes

Some iPhone models sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. Some phones sold through specific carriers may also have eSIM disabled or locked. Always confirm before purchase.
