WalkEsim sells digital eSIM products only. No physical SIM card will be shipped.

After your payment is completed, your eSIM QR code, activation information, and installation instructions will be delivered electronically by email.

### Delivery method

- No physical shipping
- No shipping fee
- No courier, customs, or physical delivery process

Most orders are delivered shortly after checkout. However, delivery may take longer due to payment review, system processing, email filtering, incorrect email address, or other technical reasons.

Please check your inbox, spam folder, junk folder, and promotions folder after placing an order.

If you do not receive your eSIM email, please contact us at support@walkesim.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Because eSIM products are delivered digitally, shipping delays caused by courier services or customs clearance do not apply.
