APN Settings
Most WalkEsim plans configure APN automatically after installation. If your eSIM installs but does not connect, check the product page or eSIM email for the recommended APN.
Before changing APN
- Confirm the WalkEsim line is turned on.
- Select WalkEsim for mobile data.
- Enable data roaming for the WalkEsim line.
- Restart your device.
Common APN values
Some plans may use one of the following APN values:
- internet
- internetipv6
Use the APN listed in your eSIM email or product instructions if it is different.
iPhone APN path
- Open Settings.
- Tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
- Select the WalkEsim line.
- Open Cellular Data Network if available.
- Enter the APN and leave username/password blank unless instructed otherwise.
Android APN path
- Open Settings.
- Go to Connections or Network & Internet.
- Select Mobile Networks, then Access Point Names.
- Create or edit the APN for the WalkEsim line.
If you still cannot connect, contact WalkEsim support with your order number and device model.
